“There is no staff. No one there at checkin. We had trouble with getting into the room. Room lacked electrical outlets and a table for a laptop. Wifi never worked for the three nights we stayed there despite a number of calls. We were in a building across the street and the wifi didn't work there, It did in the main building. The guy on the help line blamed my ineptness for not being able to connect to wifi. My wife couldn't connect and also our neighbors in other rooms. Stay in a hotel...

“Pool jets weren’t working properly so water was stagnant, blood on the blanket, floor was so dirty my feet were black from just walking in for 10 min, and the ac unit in window was turned down as far as it could go and it was still so hot we couldn’t sleep”

“We loved staying here and highly recommended it. Only thing that people might not like is the solo musicians play till 11pm every night. We didn’t mind it since we are not early birds.”

“It was fine. The negatives were a very small shower with inadequate water pressure. The room was small but fine if you are only there to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the small refrigerator was nice. The shared balcony again was fine. The poor and surrounding area was not kept clean of leaves and dirt. Overall, fine but the conditions and amenities did not support the price of the room.”
