"My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday weekend. We chose the hotel because I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and the location is so convenient, BUT this time around, it was even better. The staff was nothing less than amazing. Every single encounter we had was incredible. They were all so sweet and helpful. And they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday which I am eternally grateful for. "Hotel was located in the heart of the financial district, we had a view of the east river and Staten Island ferry, and there are multiple subway stations in the vicinity to get around NYC. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, the hotels WiFi is fast enough to keep you connected but maybe not for streaming. For downtime the hotel seems to have spectrum cable. Overall I’d recommend this hotel, great location and friendly staff."

"Fantastic stay. The only thing I have to say is the noise of the air conditioning that would come on and Off every few minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night was a bit bothersome. The staff were attentive and super helpful and in general I would say it was a positive experience. The room service was top notch, shower water pressure was excellent "

"The bed was very comfortable and I could sleep all hours of the day without being bothered by the sounds of the city below. Beautiful view of the One World Trade Center with ease of access to the city. "
