Exceptional stay – Beautiful property, perfect location, and outstanding service from Airi! We booked Sofitel Singapore City Centre last minute after checking into a different hotel and realizing it wasn’t quite right for our anniversary trip. What a blessing in disguise—this hotel exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our entire journey, which also included KL and Langkawi. The property itself is stunning—modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and luxuriously comfortable. We especially appreciated the lush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. Everything feels polished and peaceful, a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable—right above Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and hawker stalls nearby, and it’s just a short walk or quick ride to Marina Bay, Chinatown, and the CBD. But what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service, especially from Airi at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special. From warm greetings to thoughtful personal touches, Airi made us feel truly cared for. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression—we honestly can’t thank her enough. We only stayed two nights, but we wish it had been longer. Room is quite clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. No bottled water given as there is a tap with filtered water at the sink. To switch off the lamps near the beds, the switches are on top while the switch for the desk lamp is at the side. 3 types of pillows in the pillow menu. No turn-down service. Bed is comfortable. Desk and chair are good for working. Nice environment as I can see the greenery out of the window. Soundproofing is a bit weak. Can hear your neighbours moving in and out of the room when their door is open although my door is closed. Staff at Lime Restaurant will take care of you. Good selection of breakfast. In-room dining menu is quite extensive. A 5-minute walk to Chinatown Point and from there, you can get to Chinatown MRT Station. From Exit A of Chinatown MRT Station, you can get Amacha (local herbal bubble tea) which is quite nice! Chagee also opened a store opposite. From there, walk down and you will see a famous Hindu temple. Turn right and walk down and you will get to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Very convenient!

The room was super awesome!! Really big windows super comfy bed, epic view!!! This hotel is genuinely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at in Sing. The restaurant and staff were great too
