"great location staff is very attentive. however the room we got faced the alley and it was too noisy to sleep due to bars and restaurants. there were couple of nights that people were fighting on the street making a lot of noise"

"Well located, very modern and clean hotel. Perfect for a weekend with friends or as a couple. There’s a bar that’s open all night pretty much and restaurant during the day. Only thing I didn’t like was the check in process. They make you do it all yourself despite the front desk being fully staffed which didn’t make sense to me. I was asked to input information that they would have had from my booking so it was redundant"

"Property was in a very central location and within metres of main train station. Room was large, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar was well stocked and adequately priced and the provision of the small grocery store in reception was an added bonus. Although property is next to the main train lines in and out of Dusseldorf, there was absolutely no noise at all from the outside. Beds were very comfortable and shower was a good standard."

No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
