we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room so we talked with the staff and they moved us to another room. it must of had problems or something because it will still hot in the room and the ac barely worked. it also had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. we didn’t want to bother the staff to make us change rooms once more. they were super helpful and the room were clean and comfortable other than those problems.

Great staff, spoke quite a few languages. Understaffed, so the restaurant was off but not their fault. Good parking, but not quite as obvious where to go, and a tiny entrance. Close to public transport, easy to find. Rooms clean and good amenities. Confy bed but pillows sucked

Eine schöne Atmosphäre, allerdings vermisse ich ein gutes Bircher-Müsli und gute Käseprodukte (Indurstrie-Gouda und Tilsiter (vermutlich nicht Bio) passt nicht in die hochwertige Atmosphäre. Erfreulich ist, dass man auch Hafermilch im Kaffee-Automaten wählen kann. Ob die Produkte regional oder bio sind ist leider nicht transparent.

Das Hotel ist mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut vom Hbf zu erreichen und ein Upgrade wurde ungefragt vorgenommen. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass die Sauna bis 23 Uhr nutzbar ist, der Ruhebereich ist (allerdings) nur für 2 Pers. ausgelegt, war aber bei diesem Aufenthalt unproblematisch. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir ein gutes Birchermüsli und leider ist die Käseauswahl mit Industriescheiben Gouda u. Tilsiter als Schnittkäse sehr bescheiden. Bio-Produkte finden sich scheinbar gar nicht auf dem Frühstücksbuffet, auch der rauchige Schinken war kein Qualitätsburner. Da sollte in einem guten Hotel mehr Qualität gehen. Die Brötchen waren knackig.

Das WC/Dusche hat keine Türe zum Schlafraum und riecht extrem nach nicht geputztem WC und Putzmittel. Gefühlt schläft man im WC. Der Flur im 4. OG riecht extrem muffig.
