The reception staff was helpful even though they always seemed slightly bothered by the interactions. "The room was modern and spacious. The bar was good and food excellent. Good breakfast. Front of house staff not the friendliest. Outside pool great. Spa a disappointment as you had to pay for it all and book a slot. We did not see anywhere the prices and even when we went to the spa reception this was not shared. Good location, 30 min walk to old town or a 5 min local bus ride, number 4 bus. Which is included in the price of the Dubrovnik pass"

"The hotel is slightly out of the city, it has a beautiful swimming pool and gorgeous view. It is a very busy hotel with lots of kids. Of course, it is noisy. I woke up about 8 AM hearing the voice from my Neighbourhood room. The food is fine, lots of options, but not excellent."
