"Nice apartment and good location close to the city centre of Ille rousse. Close to the beach if you like city centre beaches. There where no cleaning of the room while we were there. We had to Ask the cleaning lady, no refill of toiletpaper and we had to walk quite a bit to throw the garbage. "

We had one of the most fascinating views including the sunrise in the morning from the hotel room and then in the evening sunset just the other side of the hotel. Stage 4 of the GR20 leaves the Asco ski station, heads up toward Monte Cinto, over Bocca Crucetta and down the other side to Auberge U Vallone. This photo was taken midway through the ascent to Bocca Crucetta. After a serious accident in 2015 when seven people were killed, the traditional stage four route through the infamous Cirque De La Solitude was rerouted to this stage four variant. Although this route is not nearly as difficult as the previous I still found it to be a long and strenuous section. #mountains photo challenge #hiking
