"Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca."

One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. The location is absolutely perfect, with every thing worth seeing within easy walking distance. There is nothing else that you could ask for. I will definitely be back again…"

"The room and staff were fine, though there is not a full-time desk person after 7:00PM and on the weekends. The biggest surprise (Not a good one) There is no elevator, so bringing up your baggage can be a problem. But it is in a great location and is very affordable."
