Excellent stay, gorgeous room with tv, comfortable bed, incredible views & nice bathroom with soaking tub. The staff is very nice, the grounds and pool are very nice and breakfast was great! I will love to stay again at this hotel!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Our suite was so spacious and immaculately appointed. The dinner menu was amazing, served up on Villeroy & Boch crockery by a delightful and attentive waiter. The infinity pool…. The marvellous view…. The fascinating artworks…. I could go on and on!

Hotel Villa Casanova was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany! Everything about this place was special. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, huge shower, and enormous soaking tub. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional. The views from the pool and our room balcony were stunning, overlooking the mountains and valleys of Tuscany. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the scenery. The onsite restaurant was excellent, and we especially loved the continental breakfast, which included two things that can surprisingly be difficult to find while traveling in Italy: eggs and Greek yogurt. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even accommodating food and caffè requests outside of the stated kitchen hours. That hospitality really stood out. We love having a great “home base” when we travel, and this was perfect. Close enough to Pisa and Lucca for easy day trips or dinner, yet when we returned, we had complete peace and solitude. We also completed an amazing Cinque Terre day trip from Hotel Villa Casanova where we didn’t have to worry about the hassle of making dinner plans; we just messaged the staff that we’ll be having dinner at the restaurant! Beautiful property, incredible views, excellent food, exceptional hospitality, and the perfect place to unwind. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back in the future!

The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. Lunch and dinner were lovely, with a good selection of dishes. The grounds were well-kept and offered a multitude of photo opportunities during sunset. Air conditioning was more than adequate, and WiFi was constant throughout the property. Psarking isclose by and included!

Superb hotel with wonderful pool and staff

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff and fantastic views over Lucca. The room and bathroom were amazing, really spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The pool was great and we thoroughly enjoyed both meals at the hotel. Breakfast was also great, the fruit in particular very good. We did wish for more of a bar area - there is only a sitting room or part of the restaurant to do so - but the extremely helpful and pleasant hotel staff were on hand to place drink orders when required. Overall a fantastic hotel.

The property is so beautiful and the surroundings as well. The countryside is stunning and the staff was very welcoming (Michela was extremely helpful). The room was exactly like on the pictures , very spacious with great views. Would definitely come back and recommend Villa Casanova! The only con we would say was the restaurant - we were a bit disappointed by the pasta we ordered.

Hotel Villa Casenova was wodnerful! The room was beautiful. I'd recommend opting for the valley view. It is well worth the little bit extra. The staff was wonderful and offered great suggestions on wine tasting. They even offered to help with booking. The pool and grounds are beautiful and offer a nice retreat. We plan to be back soon.
