3 Kings hotel is 10 minutes walk from Lucerne station. Staff were welcoming and informative. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was on first floor, decent selection of hot and cold. Few minutes walk from old city and river. If we return to Lucerne would be very happy to stay again

We could not fault the staff. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location. But tired hotel overall. Bathroom very old and basic. Automatic light in bathroom which included a very loud extractor fan which stayed on for 15 mins. It led for a constantly disturbed sleep. For the price paid simply not good enough standard.
