We did bring to the attention of reception who advised that was the normal temp. But on the 2nd day we were able to have hot shower instead of cool. Great location just one street back from the lake front. A good price for the area. Rooms were a good size. Only a short walk to the train station. Breakfast had enough options to find something we liked. I would return to this hotel if back in the area.
