"I stayed in this hotel to attend a business conference. The central location of the hotel was appealing. The room and the bathroom was clean and modern. I appreciated use of the in-room safe. I did not have the breakfast (additional fee) but you need to sign up for this the night before. The person who checked in me did not tell me that I had to request cleaning the evening before. As a result, garbage was not collected in my room until a different staff person told me the correct protocol. The cord for the hair dryer was not along enough to extend over the toilet - I could be better planned. Like other germanic hotels, they do not provide conditioner, just body wash/shampoo. Luckily I brought shampoo and conditioner. The body wash smelled strongly of eucalyptus, which I don't like, but other guests might like that aroma. All together, I had a good experience and would return."

"The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Nice location, between the train station and the old part of the city. Very walkable. However the WiFi in the room was barely usable. Wifi connection was only available in the lobby."
