테라스뷰 진짜 예쁨 하지만
테라스뷰 최고임. 루가노 지역특성상 이태리어 쓰시는데 영어로 말하면 잘 못알아들으시는 부분있습니다 그리고 호텔 바닥 자체가 걸을때마다 삐걱대는 소리가 나는 나무바닥이에요.. 이 소리가 옆방 윗방 다른 객실손님의 발소리까지 생생하게 다 들려요 ㅠ 방음 자체는 거진 안된다고 봐야해요 그리고 테라스 객실마다 간격이 띄어져 있는게 아니라 붙어있고 무릎높이 철장만 있거든요? 방음이 안돼서 삐걱소리가 들리는데 괜히 누가 테라스밖에 건너서 돌아다니나싶은 생각도 들었어요..여자 혼자 여행와서 예민한걸수도있고 딱히 테라스에 잠금장치? 같은건 없음 그냥 문 자체 닫는형식임! 그리고 아침식사 어디서 하는지,몇시에하는지 제가 못들은건지 몰라서 못먹었어요ㅜ 아마 0층리셉션 1층식당인거 같은데 어차피 2박동안 늦게 일어나서 못 먹었겠지만 그래도 아쉽네요 리셉션에서 맛있으니까 꼭 먹으라거했는데ㅠㅠ

Extremely satisfied
Firstly, all employees are very very kind to me. I didn't expect facilities of the hotel because there are a lot of harsh reviews about that. It is only the location that made me decide. Of course, the location was perfect and when I saw my room, I was so satisfied. It was clean and had small terrace with wonderful view. Mattress of the bed surprised me and bedding(covers) also has high quality. Breakfast was not bad. I will visit this hotel again. I swear.

지리적인 위치와 호텔 직원들은 매우 좋았음...
유럽호텔들이 다 그러하듯이 좋은 위치는 낙후된 시설을 의미하는데... 이 호텔역시 지불한 가격대비 좀 시설이 미흡하다는 생각이 들었음 하지만 제공된 아침 식사와, 식당의 veiw는 위의 불만을 상쇄시키기에 충분하였음.

We have a great stay in visiting Lugano for the very first time what an amazing place. We stayed mid Dec just as all the xmas festivities were getting under way. Walter au Lac is brilliantly positioned right at the centre of the lake front with everything within 5 mins walk

Sehr freundliches, nettes Personal! Leider ist das Hotel doch recht in die Jahre gekommen… die Badewanne in der geduscht werden muss ist so schmal das man kaum gerade stehen kann. Es ist extrem hellhörig! Daher habe ich wirklich SEHR schlecht geschlafen. Frühstück ist gut. Seesicht ist sehr schön! Das freundliche Personal entschädigt ein wenig für die Mängel. Zu teuer für was es ist .

Location, location, location! Lovely lake view from my balcony; I could have stayed forever! Rooms were clean and comfortable, but small. Nice buffet breakfast. I would certainly recommend.

Room with a view!
Comfortable room with amazing views of Lugano. Our room with the private balcony was very special. Breakfast included was a nice surprise. Loved our stay.

Lugano stay
We stayed only 1 night and loved this hotel. Location was perfect and we had a beautiful view of the lake. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. There was a balcony door also. Staff were lovely & welcoming. Location was perfect and easy to access.

Nice hotel, but outdated smelly bathrooms.
For the cost and star rating it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was good, staff were nice and reception was helpful but the room was dated, mouldy, had smelly plumbing from the shower drains and really let it down. Generally the hotel has a great location with easy funicular access. Could be a gem of a hotel if they updated their rooms.

Tutto perfetto, salvo che per dei lavori dovuti all'organizzazione di un evento nelle immediate vicinanze, il parcheggio dell'hotel non era disponibile e quello più vicino (a pagamento) era a circa 400 metri.

Ci spiace non abbia potuto arrivare fino a davanti all'albergo per scaricare/caricare i bagagli e non abbia potuto lasciare l'auto sulla Piazza Rezzonico (Piazza momentaneamente chiusa per un evento). Beautify Area.
Stayed 2 nights. Our room was 31 and it had a great view overlooking the lake. Good location for restaurants and walking around town. It was an easy beautiful walk (less then 2 miles) to the funicular, which is a must. The breakfast was very good, with a variety to choose from. The staff was friendly. One thing we did not know is the hotel has a coupon book to get 20-30% off on activities. A side note… the taxi drivers will rip you off. Make sure they turn the meter on.

Great location, friendly staff
Great location right on the lake and walking (& funicular) distance to the station. Good breakfast every morning. Comfortable beds, coffee/tea & fridge in room, nice balcony overlooking the lake. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were all very friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay
