"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Im grossen und ganzen eine gute Unterkunft für den Preis. Leider keine Terasse oder Balkon, dafür aber ein Innenhof für die Raucher. Sehr ruhige Lage aber wiederum etwas abseits. Swissminiatur in 15 min mit dem Auto und Lugano 30 min erreichbar. "

"La douche ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons essayé de contacter l'équipe sur les 4 numéros qui nous on été donné dont un qui était pour les urgences mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de l'équipe. nous avons donc passé un séjour de 4 jours sans douche c'est inacceptable scandaleux et déplorable, bien dommage car le reste était correcte. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout !"

"Happy rentals ends up unhappy, I tried to upgrade what I booked because I need to work remotely. It’s was totally inflexible, event for un upgrade was not possible. I prefer to avoid Happy rentals."

"Tolles Apartment, direkt an der Straße gelegen. Da keine Hauptstraße, ruhig gelegen. Von der Terrasse ein toller Ausblick. Apartment war sauber und ist modern eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, große Küche mit Aufenthaltsraum. Ideal um den Comer See zu erkunden und oder Rad Touren oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. "

"This was a decent stay. We were hoping to save some money by going this route instead of a hotel for overall price and a kitchen, and we did save money! There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. There is a garage space included, but it is for a very compact car, so plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment got the job done. Amazing? No. Good enough, yes. We weren't in...

"Es war gut, nun jeden Abend kam vielen Spinnen… für jemanden der Angst davon hat es ist nicht zu empfehlen. Unten ist der Friedhof und das wurde auch nicht beschrieben in der Anzeige. Was mir gefallen hat, ist, dass man hatte alles, im Haus was man braucht."
