“Clean very clean”

“Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!”

“no bottles of water, no coffes many guests for WTA Samsung Open (ladies' open Lugano) ”

“Location, breakfast and staff, especially Simon”
