“My bed ended up having ants on it, crawling around in my bag, and arms, and the manager didn't contact me once. The staff did move us into a new room and we had to ask for means to wash our clothes. Other than that, we didn't hear a thing. I think the manager could have done better in remedying the situation. It felt like I had ants crawling around in my hair, and in my clothes. Terrible.”

“No breakfast due to no permit. Something weird happened with my check-in…someone else was checked into our room when we got there. After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time.”
