ディナーの気になる事

ゴージャスな雰囲気なホテル 3階の部屋ですが隣の喋る声が聞こえるくらい遮音性が良くない気がします。 夕食はコース料理で前菜から美味しかったのですが出てくる量はとっても食べきれなくて困りました…勿体無いではないかと思います。周りを見る限りほとんどの方が残してら感じなので，改善すべきだと思います。

盥洗時發現使用熱水時會有蠻大的異響，通知櫃台來檢查後，確實有異常，檢查人員告知之前內部反應過此間客房存在異常問題，不知為何還會安排房客入住。 櫃台後續通知換房，服務人員過程中也沒有主動協助搬運行李，或表示可以協助的地方。 該區域高級住宿選擇有限，溪頭米堤也是首選之一，但這樣的房務與內部管控，實際體驗之後，個人並不推薦。

工作人員友善,自助餐晚餐菜色需加強, 早餐有吃不完的蛋, 全熟, 半熟蛋, 炒蛋, 茶葉蛋.廚師現煎,台北缺蛋, 有這麼多的蛋可吃很幸福. 早餐比晚餐更豐盛. 連假晚上有音樂表演, 也有賞螢活動.

餐廳的服務生工作勤快, 但在收盤子時會讓人有那麼一點點被催促吃完盤中食物的感覺, 另外服務生的笑容能夠多一點會更好. 房內的插座意外的少, 雖已有延長線輔助, 但床頭邊能有插座還是比較好的. 浴室水龍頭冷熱水是分開控制的, 沒有好或不好, 只是要稍微習慣一下. 如果要吃消夜的話, 最好提前準備, 因為是風景區所以不會有便利商店在附近.
