"This place was absolutely awful. We booked this hotel because our previous booking was cancelled and the hosts lied to us about why, which Expedia confirmed. This place looked so nice from photos but we experienced poor communication, bad customer service, and hazards in the room. "Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! "The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose. It took several hours to cool down the room each time we entered for the evening. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect."

"A lovely and quaint hotel within walking distance to the historic old city. My room was very clean and comfortable, and on an unusually hot day, it was a pleasant surprise to find air conditioning in every room. This hotel is a great value. There are rooms located in two buildings, they are virtually next to each other and even though my friend and I were in separate buildings, it was no problem at all. Breakfast was included in my room rate and if you’re usually hungry in the morning, you’re sure to find a variety of delicious options, including gluten free bread if you ask for it. The staff was absolutely delightful, helpful, and kind. I would definitely return, should I find myself visiting Celle again."
