It's a Victorian home built by a shipbuilder in the 1800s. There's something pretty special about staying somewhere with that much history. The comfort matched the character of the place, and the homemade baking alone is worth the visit. When I had to leave before the crack of dawn to catch a flight, there was a box waiting for me with a packed breakfast that prompted strangers in the airport to ask me where it came from. Mahone Bay is a gem of a town, and this place sits right in the heart of it. Honestly, I'd go back without a second thought."
