We had a fantastic 3 nights staying at the four stars. Initially following booking, the team were slow to respond to queries but as our stay approached they did reply and answer. Check in was great and we were met in person at the property. The lift in the property must have had a fault as it could not carry 3 people at one time so we had to wait and take turns or walk up 6 flights of stairs. The bathroom door got stuck on the tiled floor when opening -this was just annoying!
We found everything we needed including robes and slippers which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the internet in the apartment did not work and when we raised this we were told that it worked for the cleaning team when they checked. Not a massive problem except when I had a work call to join I had to go to a nearby cafe to use the internet instead of being able to stay in the nice quiet apartment. The location was great and Luxembourg itself was amazing.
