"The location is amazing, and the views are beautiful. The hotel is in a very old building, but it has a charming atmosphere and a nice, unique vibe. We arrived on my husband’s birthday, and about a month before our stay, I had requested a small birthday arrangement. Although I was told that something would be arranged, unfortunately, nothing happened (when I object they say because we arrive a bit early. but room were already cleaned and ready). When I reminded the staff during our stay, I was told that it was no longer possible because we had already checked into the room. Although it's small, for me mattered and was kind of disappointing, especially since the request had been made well in advance. The room itself was spacious and clean, but I really didn’t enjoy the bathroom setup. The shower has no door, so it feels cold while showering, and the glass partition is not large enough to prevent water from getting all over the floor. Overall, the shower arrangement was uncomfortable and impractical. We also stayed during a heatwave, and the air conditioning was basically a portable add-on unit rather than a built-in system. It struggled with the extreme heat and the room remained quite warm, although I understand that this is partly due to the age of the building. If you are aware that this is an older hotel and are comfortable with its quirks, the rest of the experience is pleasant. The location, views, spacious room, and atmosphere are definitely the highlights."

"Nice and functional hotel in LUX. Ample and modern rooms. Tasty breakfast. Amicable and efficient staff. LUX Gare at 5min walking distance. Bus+tram available near by (all public transportation is free in LUX). Very walkable city."

"Excellent hotel, exceptional customer service, very accommodating and helpful, and great breakfast. There is a food court right below the hotel. Only 17 minutes from Luxembourg train station driving a car but the bus takes almost an hour."
