The placid cathedral courtyard is a maze of arched passageways and squat buildings festooned with intricate Caucasian detail. Stepping into the courtyard feels like entering another era – gravestones bearing inscriptions in the 54 letters of the Armenian alphabet pave the floor. To climb the tower, go up the first four flights of stairs to the ticket desk. The way is clearly marked with signs in multiple languages, including English. At the desk, pay 10 hrivna and then keep climbing up, up, and up until you reach the open deck at the top of the tower. Then enjoy the view!

こちらの宿泊施設は現在hotels.comからの予約は受け付けていないため（スタッフの方にはっきりそう言われました）、このhotels.comからの予約情報は施設に届いていません。料金を支払い済みなのに宿泊できないということになりかねませんのでお気をつけください。 宿泊施設自体はベッド24個に対してシャワーが１つなのでそこが何点かなとは思いますが、それ以外は可もなく不可もなくといったところです。

Із плюсів: затишні просторі ниші зі шторками, де можна мати особистий простір наодинці; гарне розташування в центрі міста; досить демократична ціна. Із мінусів: 4 поверх з крутими дерев'яними сходами без ліфту, маючи важчу сумку, дістатись нагору та вниз дуже складно і про це не попереджають заздалегідь; сантехніка далеко не нова, душова кабінка напівзламана та важка у користуванні; продукти загального користування, такі, як чай, не закуповуються завчасно, що в останній момент може принести незручності, коли у вас важка сумка, немає часу на купування чаю і треба їхати.
