This is an excellent and convenient hotel in Lwow. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful, and breakfast was very nice. All places of interest are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is an absolute gem. First time there. A big old printing factory that has big thick walls and super quiet at night. The staff remind me of the classic trained hotel staff that you used to find in Europe. All amazing. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel within short walk to the old town centre. Modern amenities and friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in city.

Greeted by a lovely and smiley young receptionist. Room 107 has tall ceilings and was well equiped and warm. Great location. Shame bar and restaurant was closed.

I’ve stayed here for the second time, and the room had windows facing the indoor garden. It’s ok, I just prefer windows facing the street. Also this time the sanitary packs were missing. when we asked, only one set was given for 2 people (twin room). Overall I was satisfied, just wondered how attentive this hotel is to detail.

Wir waren mit dem FERENC Hotel in Lemberg sehr zufrieden. Dieses Hotel befindet sich in der Stadtmitte an einer Seitenstrasse, etwa 5 Minuten vom Altstadt entfernt. Positiv: Sauber, großes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, Wasserkocher im Zimmer, kostenloser Safe, reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück (Buffet), Kaffee-Automat im Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal, Check-Out um 12:00 Uhr, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Negativ: Raucherecke direkt vor dem Hoteleingang so, dass ganzer Rauch ins Hotel gelangt und man Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Des Weiteren, Kühlschrank ist mit hoteleigenen Getränken voll gefüllt ist so, dass man keine eigene Getränke reinstellen kann. Diese hoteleigene Getränke sind für Reisende unnötig. Wir würden lieber einen leeren Kühlschrank haben. Insgesamt ist ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel. Wir bedanken uns herzlich beim Hotelpersonal und empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

It is my second stay at this place. nice and charming hotel close to old historical part of the town. Located at quiet street but close to everything. Very polite and professional staff. And special thanks for the breakfast, healthy and yummy! Definitely recommend!

really enjoyed the hotel. Nice interior, and the room had everything needed for comfort and convenience- towels, robes, slippers, a kettle and coffee maker, a fridge. Good toiletries and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with lovely bedding. I especially loved the high ceilings. The room was warm and cosy. Delicious breakfast, one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had, with Ukrainian dishes like syrniki and pancakes, fish. Very fresh and tasty. The service was pleasant; the reception staff and housekeeping were so polite and kind. I really did love it. Thank you for your work. Sometimes you choose a hotel and it’s much worse in reality, but yours exceeded my expectations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

A nicely updated building in the center of Lviv but on a quiet side street. Modern industrial style design mixed with the old world history of the building make a for a pleasant place to stay. Be aware that half the rooms face the interior terrace/courtyard and you may have a room with windows where people can stand directly outside of them. You may also hear the music from the terrace into the later night. Breakfast was adequate with whole fruits, blintzes, scrambled eggs, steamed veggies and Ukrainian style breakfast sausages. There was bread, full loave style to cut and croissants. Breakfast staff weren’t particularly attentive but it was self-serve.

Excellent stay

I stayed here for 4 nights. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Staff at the desk were very helpful for the entire stay. The free breakfast was great. The staff in the adjoining restaurant were excellent and even helped me bring the food upstairs to my room. Food was great. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again. It’s really close to the center of the city too and in a very quiet area.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny i czysty.

Wspaniałe wnętrze hotelu, wygodne łóżka. Na minus mozolna obsługa jednej Pań w restauracji. Dostaliśmy śniadanie po 30 minutach oczekiwania, niestety było ono zimne. Jednak większość obsługi to miłe osoby.

I was overall a pleasant stay. I just had issue checking in because I arrived late and Hotel.com did not send the confirmation in time. There was only a security guard and it took time to get my room. I had to give 50 euros cash deposit for him to let me in because he wanted to help but could not see my confirmation and would not let me in my room without something as deposit.

Small room but good qualities

We did not get the room we saw at this photos. It was a 3 day stay. The room was quite small. It was hard to move or do something. But the furniture and bathroom was brand new. The bed was comfortable and there were two ceeling windows and a big wardrobe. 3rd floor was pretty quite. There was an elevator avalaible. Receptionist can talk English well. He offered us a alcohol-free beverage at check-in. The room was cleaned every day, they put free water every day. We did not usse the restaurant below. There was a terrace at first floor. Looks very nice. The hotel is just out side the right east corner of the old city heart. Safe area, near to everything. I can fully recommend this hotel if it is okay for you to stay in a small room.
