First, I would like to appreciate a mentioning about our breakfast and situation with the bathroom! According to the rules of using conditional system - it should to be off during cold time. If you need fresh air in the late autumn and winter time - just use the window. Its really pity about this situation, in case of any questions you shpuld asked the hotel stuff. They always are able to help the guest. At the same time, its a pity you don’t like the restaurant system. Trust us we would tried to do everything possible to fulfill your needs and try to achieve the highest standards of service. Honestly speaking, we are surprised to read your comment regarding our staff since our guests are the most valuable priority for us and we always strive to provide them with the best personal care possible.
