“The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud.. sounded like a plane taking off every time it went on. As we were staying for just one night we tolerated it, although didn’t sleep well.”

“숙박을 오버 부킹 받아서 다른 호텔로 가라고 이야기하네요 근처 선셋모텔에서 묵었습니다 새로 리노한지 얼마되지 않아 깨끗했습니다 이 호텔은 묵지 않아서 분위기 및 시설로 볼때 그냥 모텔입니다 밤에 직원이 상주하지 않고 벨을 누르면 나타납니다 체크인 시간을 잘 확인하셔야합니다”

“The noise level coming from the room above us all night was unacceptable and the hotel didn’t refund or offer any thing else.”

“Upon arrival the receptionist was nice and she promised that she will move us to a new room facing the river the next morning. Next morning the receptionist was not friendly and grumpy. We did end up getting a new room in afternoon, but her customer service was terrible. This probably would be the last time for us there!”
