We arrived late and it was easy to get to our room. There was an offer of a free cake and the room was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

Very friendly owner, neat and cozy room overlooking lovely grassland. Do stay in this house if you want to experience the tranquility of Lymington. Also super close (3mins drive) to the Ferry Pier, which is a great bonus for those who need to catch a ferry to Isle of Wight.

Perfectly located, ten minutes walk from the town in pleasant tranquil setting on a quiet lane Our room, the purple room, was spacious, spotless and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. Breakfast menu is extensive and covers pretty much everything you could want. On site parking and the ability to leave our car after checkout to pick up later was much appreciated.

Relaxing, comfortable and exceptional service.

A beautiful, tranquil stay. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The area itself was lovely and included short and longer walks to local areas of beauty, shops and eating places. The only down-side was the very loud train horns going off every half an hour, right up till 10.30pm! This didn't bother me, but would bother some. It was very loud! Other than that, the house itself and the service we couldn't falter. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect short break

We had a couple of nights here, and can highly recommend it. Lovely room, good bed, nice touches, and the breakfast was great - lots of choice and flexibility, and warm friendly service. Easy walk into town, with a great choice of restaurants. We went to the 2 recommended for a meal (10% discount) and they were both good.

A great short break in the New Forest

Very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast a little slow, but tasty. Room well equipped. Local area well worth visiting.

AMAZING and highly recommended

Started with such a warm welcome and amazing hospitality I wasn't sure how it could get any better, it did. Amazing room that was immaculate. Very quiet surroundings and what a great choice for breakfast. Service, food, cleanliness, comfort.... 100% recommend

Beautiful hotel close to the New Forest.

A lovely guest house on the edge of the New Forest and close to the Isle of Wight ferry. We spent one night here, the room was perfect with great tea and coffee making facilities. Such a choice for breakfast too. Would certainly recommend this place to friends and family when staying in the area.

Very lovely property and room clean with nice quality extras ie coffee tea etc and toiletries. Breakfast very nice with good service and bed very comfortable. Only point if I was to have one was very dark walking to house down the country lane at night but taxi was cheap.
