Nice and clean. Rooms are smaller than your typical hotel in America. Breakfast is excellent and support team is really helpfull and efficient. Please note you are around half hour drive from downtown Lyon and a 10 minute walk to Olympic Lyonnais stadium.

Description does not match the actual services available: no laundry facility, the « fitness centre » is a tiny room with 3 machines and no weights. Breakfast is free and basic. Rooms are not soundproofed, the area is noisy. Quality appears very cheap despite the unnecessary high price. Receptionists give conflicting info (was asked to pay for tea while its supposed to be available for free in the common area). Close to the stadium. Do not recommend for long stays. Will not go back there again.

Was okay, the room was very small. Breakfast options were not great. Mainly cereal and pastries. No fried egg, no bacon, no sausage.

Extremely disappointing

Unfortunately we would not stay in an ibis hotel again. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room was very hot so it was very unpleasant,the air conditioning didn’t work and if you open the window it was too noisy to sleep so we got very little sleep even though we had earplugs.There wasn’t a kettle in the room to make a drink which we found bizarre you had to go down from the fourth floor to get a drink from a communal kettle which your not going to do in your nightwear. All in all not a very good experience.

Personalen otroligt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Speciellt Noélie! Trevligt rum, likt fotona. Värmen fungerade väl. Frukost tillfredsställande men matsalen var kall. Badrummet behövde uppdateras, dörren bytas ut och väggarna målas om men annars helt ok. Lyhört då jag kunde höra städerskan prata och dammsuga utanför. Väckte mig 2ggr. Fick checka ut senare och slapp betala extra pga att jag påpekade detta. Underbar restaurang bredvid Leon som serverade färsk fisk och skaldjur, rekommenderar varmt! KFC och färsk marknadsaffär tvärs över gatan. Nära till flygplatsen.

L’hôtel correspond aux standards Ibis, rien à redire sur ce point. En revanche, la salle de sport est vraiment très petite et peu équipée : un vélo qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de tapis de course, et très peu d’appareils disponibles. Cela donne surtout l’impression d’un argument marketing plus qu’un réel service. Dommage, car le reste est conforme aux attentes.
