The staff in the lobby was very cheerful as well as being quite helpful. Our room was large and had a lovely view of the square and fountain. The hotel is located only a short walk from Vieux Lyon with its many sights and wonderful dining options!

To start, the hotel is in a perfect location for travelers. You’ll have easy access to all of the main attractions the city has to offer. The staff, I want to take a second to emphasize, were the highlight. Beyond speaking English fluently and making communication easier for us, they were a resource that we checked in with regularly for recommendations and were willing to spare a second to chat from time to time. Loved it here.

Terrific location but extremely challenging to get to by car. GPS does not recognize that many streets surrounding the hotel are pedestrian-only or restricted access. Wish we had known that before to make getting there a little easier

The hotel could not be in a better position for dining, walking, shopping and transport. The young staff were very friendly and helpful. The one niggle we had was the toilet and shower are in separate rooms and the toilet room was really small. Having said that my wife and I plan going back to Lyon and when we do it will hopefully be this hotel we stay in.

Lovely property near lots of boulangeries and restaurants. Loved the nespresso in the room for first coffee in the morning. Very walkable. My room facing the courtyard was less noisy than my parents’ which was facing the street.
