It was very easy to walk around Lyon and the staff was very nice. Breakfast for an addtional cost was really good as the other restaurants open late for breakfast.

Noisy but central location

If you have a room facing the street it is so noisy from very early morning till evening. The windows are not reducing any noise. I would not recommend the breakfast. It was not even close to being worth the money. Instead go to a bakery around the corner and get something better and much cheaper. The rooms are very small but have what is needed. And the location is well connected to public transport and sights around the town. The staff speaks English sufficiently.

The staff here was excellent! Georgia was so lovely. My partner broke his ankle while running in the city and they were so accommodating. He is also a vegan and she found us some amazing spots and made us reservations. It was incredibly clean as well! Loved the complimentary sparkling water and espresso!!(outside of breakfast hours)

Absolutely great service from Constance at the front desk. She managed to get us rooms earlier for which we were very grateful after a long flight. Dining area for breakfast is quite small and a bit cramped, but understandable considering age and location of the hotel.

Overall experience should be better for the price

The reception is nice and modern, staff friendly. Rooms are in need of an update, very poor water preassure in the shower and bathroom in general not in a very good shape even though clean. Room had a window but no daylight whatsoever so should not have been charged as a room with window in my opinion. AC is working well. The fact that coffee is free all hours except between 7-11 botheres me a little, offer it for free at all times or not at all. For the price point I believe the general experience should be better, but you will get a good night sleep nontheless.

I enjoyed my one night stay in this little hotel in Lyon. I stayed in a single room which was compsct but adequate for a solo traveller if you are used to European standards. Check-in was easy. They held our bags before our room was ready. The place had been recently renovated and is in great shape. Very personable and excellent service. I didn’t have the breakfast because I don’t drink coffee and found a boulangerie where I adored the croissants and the quiche. It looked adequate when I walked by Highly recommend.

Pour le prix, la chambre est assez petite! On nous a surclassé! Donc je n'imagine pas la chambre standard.... sinon chambre très propre, a part notre coussin qui ne sentais pas très bon! Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner dans les standards 3 étoiles. Le café et l'eau mis a disposition dans la salle petit-déjeuner est un plus!

Vidunderligt, centralt placeret hotel

Meget centralt placeret hotel, virker helt nyt, virkelig venlig betjening i receptionen, da vi ankom. Vores datter ønskede at få et lyserødt værelse, så vi blev opgraderet af ren venlighed. Sådan en imødekommende modtagelse i receptionen betyder virkelig meget. Der er kaffe, koldt vand og danskvand til rådighed i lobbyen døgnet rundt. Morgenmaden er virkelig lækker med ene kvalitetsvarer. Udvalget er ikke kæmpe stort, men til gengæld har man lyst til at spise det hele! Værelserne er små, men meget lækre. Og der er et meget lækkert parkeringshus 100m væk.
