“We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable. Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants) Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better. Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day. We will 100% book to come...

“We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made...

When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room.
