Fletcher hotel is not suitable for business travelers. The hotel is situated in a renovated commercial building complex, where the hotel rooms are detached from the reception and restaurant — entirely in separate building. It’s a bit of a hike, considering what you would expect for convenience of checkin/checkout at a hotel. Also no phones in the room, in case you’re roaming. Parking is annoying because you need your hotel card to get in / out of the gate, which doesn’t always work… when leaving for work I to turn back around to drive to the hotel reception entrance to get a temporary card just to exit. The restaurant is a café style with a quasi bar blended with the reception behind the same counter. The sun shining in the evening makes a bright warm atmosphere in the early evening. I had the salmon entrée at the restaurant, it was pretty good; BUT the waitress was inattentive and rude, as if I was inconveniencing her because I wanted to order dinner. It took way too long from the point of getting seated, to ordering, and finally getting served. After a 12-hour travel journey, I simply wanted to settle into my room and rest before my business meetings the following day. Because of my restaurant experience, I didn’t bother with breakfast in the morning, nor dinner the following nights. I simply ate out the remaining nights instead. The bed mattress was also extremely uncomfortable — way too soft, basically sunk into a big crater — and I’m an light weight.

Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Staff were not helpful, moved the reception into the restaurant so we’re queuing to check in, in a busy restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, had to get staff attention for more drinks, was not taken care of. Room was average, bathroom needs updating, air con didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable.

No heating in the rooms

The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?

De familie kamer geboekt voor ons gezin, maaR de badkamer voelde als de lokale sportkleedkamer. Douche was 1 vast punt en ingericht in hokjes. Heel sober ingericht. De brug tussen hotel en kamers is glad tijdens regen. Heel gehorig, je hoort de buren praten, lopen en koffie zetten.

Het personeel is wisselend. Bij de receptie bij aan komst oké bij vertrek ronduit slecht ongeïnteresseerd als of ze de baan niet leuk vind. Het bar personeel was wel erg gast vrij en behulpzaam.

Spa er for folk over 18 år og man skal være uden tøj på. Badeværelset på værelset er som et toilet i en gymnastiksal med åben for neden og for oven direkte ind i værelset. Så intet privatliv der. Eller fint og rent, morgenbuffen var kedelig. Der ligger en butik ved siden af med masser af lækker mad tag der hen

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed, zowel warm en koude keuzes. De kamers waren schoon en de douche was fijn. De bedden waren minder. Deze waren erg zacht en een kuil erin. De airco deed het ‘s nachts ook niet en dat was met code rood buiten wel jammer.
