Enjoyable

I found the hotel very comfortable. I appreciated that some staff spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower! I enjoyed the breakfast variety.

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast pretty good, lunch and diner options ok. Ask for a room at the front side, back side is air exhaust pipe of a restaurant. Very unpleasant onion and deep fry smell in the room when you open the window from morning to around 9pm. This is a major problem.

Unacceptable extra charges

I stayed at the property as I’m here visiting my girlfriend. We planned on going out for dinner. When she arrived to pick me up, I needed time to take a shower. So wanted to wait in the room while I showered before dinner. Reception collected her info. She visited then we went out for dinner and she went home and I returned to the hotel. The next morning on check out the was a charge for a second person staying in the room for 87 real. I protested, but they wouldn’t reverse the charge. I have stayed in many hotels and never had this happen. I will never return to this property.

O prédio em si está um pouco abandonado, mas o quarto estava em boas condições de estadia, a cama é boa, estava tudo limpinho, o banheiro é bem iluminado…o café da manhã é bem sortido.

O hotel é um antigo Ibis. Mas esta muito datado. Moveis estao super velhos, desgastados. Pintura manchada, cheia de remendos. Banheiro inteiro mofado, portas todas estufadas descascando. A recepcao toda triste tudo caindo aos pedacos. Entendo que continuaram com o padrao Ibis, mas mesmo o Ibis ja mudou, obviamente pelo tempo de projeto. O Hotel aparentemente esta com a mesma estrutura ha mais de 10 anos, sem qq reforma. Precisa de uma reforma geral. So deixam uma toalha no banheiro que nao seca. OS unicos pontos positivos foram que a cama estava razoavelmente boa e a ducha tambem. Mas so isso, ate o corredor esta detonado, carpete imundo, voce sai do quarto apos o por do sol e tem que caminhar em total escuro tateando porque so tem um sensor la no elevador. Enfim, muita muita coisa a ser revista.

Bom hotel

Hotel que anteriormente foi um Ibis e manteve praticamente toda a estrutura dos hotéis desta rede. Fica muito bem localizado, bem próximo ao aeroporto a às principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Tem recepção 24h e café da manhã com uma ótima variedade. O quarto não é muito grande, mas é bem confortável. Me chamou a atenção que mesmo fazendo um calor de acima de 30 graus, o quarto não ficava quente, nem precisei ligar o ar condicionado.
