“We had an opportunity to meet the owner Antonio. Very nice gentleman and offering to make us Expresso as he was on site.”

“We arrived at the property later than we had planned due to driving from Matera and exploring the Royal Palace nearby. The owners were extremely helpful - making space for us to park our (massive) rental car, helping us with the bags and showing us to our room. They even made sure they were available earlier than normal for our check out which was around 7am as we were heading for the airport. We also had a nice evening meal (especially the desserts - lemon sponge and the tirimasu were great)....

“A very nice room in an old building; it was fun learning my room was from the original building, with the roof being the original wood from 1690. The staff was very kind, useful and responsive. Air conditioning was well appreciated, even if slightly noisy. Well located and easy to walk to the main touristic places. There was a lot of stairs (it’s on the 2nd floor, no elevator, which I knew, and each floor has a lot of stairs). Breakfast is served in the coffee downstairs, not a lot (more like...
