There was a bed bug on the bed. We checked out late but staff was already informed but then the maid came in to the room no knock just opened the door while we still in there. Did not even say sorry or anything. I don’t recommend staying here. Considering we paid double the price of normal price. Worst apa i have ever stayed at.

夜10時頃着いて、まず１階の部屋の部屋だったことに驚いた。夜中から明け方、外が騒がしくて眠れなかった。朝起きて初めてカーテンを開けたら、窓が全開だったことがわかり衝撃だった。地方の4階の自宅でも窓を開けて寝るのはためらうのに、東京の1階のホテルで窓全開で寝ていたかと思うとゾッとした。ホテル備え付けの目覚まし時計が、日付けもデタラメで何時間もズレていたので、最初から合わせるのに苦労した。室内整備を徹底してほしい。
