People at the reception were really nice and very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower never run out of hot water. Some hotels run out of hot water or the shower pump runs very slow at night; this was never an issue at Pakarina hotel. So it is a big plus!

For what this place charges, it’s a steal The location is up the hill towards the thermal baths, and there is plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance The facilities are average at best, but what do you expect for that price? The staff was absolutely incredible, especially the young front desk and woman who cooked the breakfast They were very, very responsive and proactive in making my stay enjoyable

O hotel foi excelente, atendeu todas as expectativas, possuía aquecedor, café da manhã, o rapaz da recepção foi muito simpático. A cama era confortável, haviam cobertores bem quentes, sabonete, secador de cabelo, televisão. Se pedíssemos ficaríamos mais. Há onde guardar a bagagem após o checkout.
