“Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand).
He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. He calls his manager and then tells me it will be 8am in the morning before they can unlock the door. My clothes, laptop, and medications for an upcoming eye surgery are in the room. He gets his...

“The rooms (2) smelled awful, it was coming from the bathrooms, possible sewer damage. Changed rooms and still had a faint odor over the bleach smell.
Body just continental.
Staff very apologetic & helpful.
Can’t be the 1st to complain of the odor!!”

“When we entered the room there was a funky smell and there were flies in the room. We had to go get an air freshener.
This is a motel— the rooms open to the outside, not a hallway. Which, I suppose, is how flies got in the room.”
