“Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable...

“Got a good deal, and as such, it was value for money. The staff for incredibly helpful, kind and service-minded, which as a saving grace. The hotel is bit worn down, the spa is small and unimpressive, but everthing appeared clean.”

“The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it.”

“We booked Chalet Hotel Turquoise as we had stayed here before with Nielsen Ski and we had a great experience. Unfortunately our stay this time was not actually in the hotel, but in apartments elsewhere in Belle Plagne - despite our booking confirmation stating it was for the hotel. “Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz...
