"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and right next to the BTS station, which made getting from the airport to the property very convenient. The service was excellent overall, and Kaew stood out with her exceptional care. She was so friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make everything feel special. The Mediterranean food at Trattoria@22 was fresh and really tasty, especially enjoying it with that poolside vibe. Breakfast in the executive lounge had a great variety too. Plenty of solid options to start the day. The pool area is beautiful. They have two stunning infinity pools. Our room had an amazing view over the Bangkok skyline. It was super relaxing and comfortable stay all around. I’d definitely go back."

"Very new hotel, clean and bright! Very suitable for families with kids as they have play area for kids and adults alike! One of the few hotels where all the drinks and small snacks in the room are complimentary. Hotel even gave some tokens (1 per person per night) which can be used to exchange food/drinks/souvenir. Hotels location is also good!"

"My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again."

"Really nicely designed and fun hotel, with great food options, and walkable to shopping area. There is no laundry, so if you stay longer be aware. The hotel was also really good at accommodating us with family connection rooms. Not a lot of TV options, but Will come again!"

"Room was clean, location was very walkable to metro station, MBK and other malls. Mcdonald’s on the first floor was a huge plus, especially because breakfast was not always what I expected. Our room faced the open air stadium, which was so close we could actually see the audience! There were 3 concerts out of the 6 nights that we stayed there, and it was super-loud in our room. ☹️"

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, great rooms, great pool area on the 7th floor, fantastic choices at breakfast but most of all, all the friendly staff who work there are a credit to the hotel. They certainly made our 4 nights stranded in Bangkok, thanks to Mr. Trump, alot more less stressful for us, so thank you to the General Manager and his wonderful hotel team. 🙏 ขอบคุณมาก"

"The rooms are well maintained and serviced every day. There is a 711 right outside and the airport is connected to a shopping center. At night there are street vendors selling items similar to other markets. Location is great. Platinum Fashion Mall, Centralworld, and Big C are within immediate walking distance, and if you’re the type who likes to walk the skybridge will bring you to Chit Lom or Siam stations, Siam Paragon, Discovery, and MBK Market."
