This hotel is amazing! The suite I stayed in was exceptional. Clean and spacious, the bed in particular was extremely comfortable. The staff were also incredible, extremely kind and helpful with all requests and questions. In particular I would like to praise Ms. Shin and Ms. Elli who alternated between the breakfast buffet and the executive lounge. They were not just helpful but also personable and easy to chat with. The housekeeper for the room Ms. Ann was also very pleasant and helpful.
