Location was very convenient as it’s basically the last stop from the airport line. There’s a 7-11 nearby which makes it awesome for some last min snacks. My only prob was that the water pressure in the shower is not as strong as other properties I’ve been in.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. My whole family had a wonderful experience. It was the perfect hotel to unwind and relax. The hotel is right by the BTS line making it a convenient walk. We would definitely return to this hotel!

The location is very close to BTS & SRT (airport) station. But would like the hotel could update the charger setting, which there is no USB charger near the bed. No Form pillow could be provided, a bit disappointed. Got a little birthday treat inside my room on my birthday, impressive! Tried also in room dining (after 10:30), the room not bad with reasonable price!

Wonderful!

Loved the size and cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bed was comfortable and we had good sleep every night. We also enjoyed the large variety of food at the buffet breakfast. The location was also fantastic - located right next to a station of the Airport Rail Link and BTS station - hence super convenient!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. This is our second visit here after a stay here last year. The service, cleanliness and facilities are top notch. So easy to get to places since the hotel is connected to the BTS Rail too. One day I dropped off post cards to mail and gave the concierge money to pay for postage. Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app. I did not provide my name but he figured out who I was because the doorman remembered me. I was so impressed! I would definitely stay here over and over gain. Thank you to their employee, Ploy, for upgrading our room, it made our stay wonderful!

Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed—truly felt like royalty. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety, and the restaurant food was consistently outstanding. The facilities were top-tier, especially the two stunning infinity pools.
