It's been a struggle with majority of online travel agencies to make sure all reviewers are identified, not anonymous (we have no way to know if this is a true or false review). Nevertheless we will provide accurate info so those who read this can have the truth. All rooms are modern with a balcony,with outside garden spac;e here the 3m stone wall view differs from reality, we cannot guarantee all guests have the same opinion about room views. Whenever it's possible we change rooms if well justified, not just because it's not what the guest expected (if it's a garden view we cannot chane into a sea view room - upgrades have costs, like in any other hotel). Jacuzzi is not working because due to health auhorities it is still not safe to have it being shared amongst guests. Sauna and Turkish bath are working perfectly, not being used is as statement with no reason. Restaurant is in fact closed due to lack of staff. It's a general problem everywhere, not only with our hotel. It's of general knowledge. Saying the hotel is old, items are missing or other negative adjectives is false and unfair. We understand that sometimes frustration can make people say things that aren't true. The hotel is always on cuontinuous maintenance, in fact at this moment, we are "facelifting" the hotel façade. It's a constant work, non stop. Reception staff are in constant formation as well. Obviously you can't expect a new staff member to know everything, takes time to adapt, even if with intense formation. In this case a bit of comprehension would be advisable. We are sorry to know of your insatisfaction but we are sure to do on a daily basis our best to provide to those who stay with us the best experience. Kind regards,

Chère Monsieur, Tout d’abord nous tenons à vous remercier d’avoir pris le temps de poster un commentaire sur notre établissement. C’est grâce à votre participation en publiant ces remarques que nous pouvons nous améliorer chaque jour et prenons bien note de vos observations. L’état en général de notre hôtel, sont des marques du mauvais temps pendant l'hiver et nous nous occupons déjà de ce problème, nous unissons nos efforts pour faire effectuer les réparations nécessaires. Notre hôtel dispose d’un bar et room service donc, c’est pourquoi nous n'avons pas de bouilloire dans les chambres, mais vous auriez pu demander de l'eau chaude et une théière au bar, il aurait été volontiers fournie. Notre petit-déjeuner buffet avec une variété de produits, pain gâteau et croissants frais, œufs et omelette a la carte, fromage, jambon et saucissons, yaourt, fruits frais et céréale. Nous aurions aimé connaître plus de détails pour vous répondre plus objectivement. Encore une fois nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire. Nous vous remercions également d’avoir choisi notre hôtel pour vos vacances et souhaitons vivement que vous reveniez nous rendre visite lors d’un prochain séjour sur notre belle ile de Madère.

Caro ospite, Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto pienamente le vostre aspettative. In effetti, è stata un'anomalia che a causa del contenuto tecnico e della serietà non siamo stati in grado di risolvere durante il fine settimana. Lunedì è stato necessario rivolgersi a un team specializzato in aria condizionata per risolvere il problema. Sappiamo anche che avremmo dovuto informarti di questo fatto poiché riteniamo che tu possa capire la situazione imprevista.
