“I had a great experience in this hotel. The staff were nice and it was actually really clean. The buffet breakfast was really good. I had a beautiful view from my window.”

“My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah.”

“장점: 연식이 조금 있지만 애초 건축단계부터 잘 지어졌으며 관리가 잘 되고있음. 아침식사도 매일 비슷하지만 2-3가지 메뉴는 매일 바뀌어가며 깨끗하고 맛있게 제공됨. 하람에 가까워 도보로 이용하기 매우 편함. 메카에 비해 방크기가 압도적으로 커서 편하게 지냄. 바로옆 신식 뮤지엄+mall에서 식사하기 편함. Mall 의 Ground floor 환전소도 환율 매우 좋음. 단점: 총 방 3개를 예약했는데 체크인시 리셉션 남자 직원의 불찰(솔직히 엄청 거만하고 무례했음)로 인해 2개의 방만 예약되었으며, 남은 1개의 "미예약된" 방에 대해서는 호텔스닷컴에 확인하는 방법밖에 없다고 해서 체크인 시간을 많이 지체하였고 국제전화 비용도 발생하였으나, 매니저의 확인 결과 호텔 내부 문제(호텔스닷컴에서 받은 예약 리퀘스트 미정산 처리)였음이 확인되었고, 미안하다는 말 한마디 없이 키를 받게됨. 이 직원 외에 다른 리셉션 여직원, 하우스 키핑, 조식서비스, 벨보이 등 모두들 매우 친절했음.”
