This was a great hotel in a very convenient location (near the ladies entrance of the mosque). The rooms were clean and contained lots of thoughtful touches (e.g. a weighing scale, wireless chargers, fruit etc). The service was also very good, with staff members friendly and professional. A particular shout out goes to the cleaners, Mausum who serviced our room on our first stay and Mohammed Naushadin who serviced our room on the second. They both went above and beyond to ensure that our room met our expectations and they cleaned the rooms beautifully.

Staff was excellent. Room was very old and needed entire renovation but I had a suite with kitchen,dinning ,sitting ,bedroom king,extra bathroom. Fruit tray everyday.water bottles everyday.services were too good.i will stay again as maybe this room was old but other then that all was excellent.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here! One of the nicest hotels that is walking distance from masjid al nabawi. The lobby was so clean as well as the room. Lots of options with the breakfast. The staff was extremely professional and friendly!

The hotel’s location is fantastic — surrounded by shops and restaurants, with the masjid just a five-minute walk from the front desk. Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to Feras, who made our arrival very pleasant with his excellent customer service. Our room was on the second floor — a bit dated but still very comfortable. The size was perfect for two people, and the bathroom was spacious with an incredible shower. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods. Very tasteful.
