Medine’ ye uzak kesinlikle yürüyerek gidebilinecek mesafede değil, taksi ücreti vermek yerine standartları daha iyi bir yerde kalınabilir. Temizlik sıfır banyo da hep kıl vardı, ayrıca kara böcek var ilaçlanması gerekmektedir. Bakımsız ve kesinlikle bir personel bulamazsınız, ben üç gün konakladım asla bir hotel yetkilisi , ve personel bulamadım çünkü yok. Hayalet hotel gibi bir yer idi. Asla bir daha tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir yer deneyimimin bu kadar kötü olacağını hiç tahmin etmemiştim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Oda kartı açmadı kapıda kaldım bir personel yok ki odaya girebileyim. Benim gibi sorunlar, stres, yaşamak isteyen herkes gidebilir.

L'établissement n'est pas situé comme indiqué, le nom est similaire mais c'est un autre hotel qui est introuvable sans les avoir au téléphone, il n'y a aucune indication sur l'hotel, il est en travaux nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la chambre, il n'y a pas de reception, c'est tout simplement honteux cela ne correspond pas au photo n'y à l'emplacement, je ne l'aurait jamais loué sachant la vérité, je me sent volé.

TOO DIRTYY!! A very disappointing experience. There was no room service at all, and the only amenity provided was a bar of soap. The room was extremely dirty and had a persistent foul smell, with cockroaches visible in several areas. The floors were wet and unclean, and even the bathroom appeared not to have been washed properly. The furniture and fixtures were dusty and rusted, and the bedding felt itchy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a regretful choice, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room it was horrible durty no soap no towel I ask the reception gave me soap and he said im going to give you towel later he never did the room it was very durty the bed is durty the shower cold water no cups for drink no sink in the bathroom no paper tissue never again to book with this hotel

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that my confirmed booking could not be honored because no rooms were available. Despite having travelled a long distance with my family, we were asked to wait without any clear solution. After waiting for more than an hour, a room was finally provided, but only after repeated requests. The entire experience was stressful and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression. I hope the management improves their booking and guest-handling procedures to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Goede bedden, goede verbinding wifi, grote smart tv, niet veel eetgelgenheden in de buurt helaas. Maar die er was was geschikt voor mij. supermarkten in de buurt. Alleen afstand naar madina is te ver om te lopen, met auto ben je er in 10 min.

Absolutely rubbish, do not waste your money on this hotel. Smell of gasoline in the elevator and the power kept going off in the elevator. Save your money and go elsewhere

Non si tratta di un vero e proprio albergo e una vera e propria ricezione non esiste, c'è un servizio approssimativo scadente e con personale non qualificato,nel bagno non c'è il lavandino e lo specchio, si usa, per tutto, il lavandino del lavello anche quando si va a bagno, difficoltà a radersi, niente carta igienica, asciugamani ecc., mai pulita la stanza in quattro giorni. Costo eccessivo per la posizione è i servizi offerti

No management and left the guests stranded at the.

It was an awful experience. No beds available according to the booking. I booked it for family room 3 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival I was told that only one room of 2 single beds avaliable. 3 adults Have to sleep on the single 6cm thick matteresses.
