"Rayan at the reception went above and beyond to offer a good support. The cleaning staff in the dining area should pay more attention to hygiene practices and make sure evey table utensils are thoroughly changed (not just wiped!) for each new guest. Overall great property, very kind staff"

We as a family of 3 members were treated like Royalty/ were given free upgraded room/ Originally booked and paid from 19th to 24th April 2025 due to change in umrah rules in Mecca we had to check out on 22nd April earlier So we could perform our umrah in Mecca as new legislation would not allow forus to be in mecca after the 28th April and we were approved by duty manager Mohammed for the 2 day's refund. The hotel management will go above customer Expectations to facilitate what they could. Will always Stay at this Fabulous Hotel. Seven Stars from us. "

"The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs."
