“The rooms are already spacious but front desk upgraded my room to a suite which was not needed but fantastic. Staff and house kippers were polite and courteous. Excess to the exit was good. ”

“An outdated hotel that used to be Movenpick but run down and falling apart. Staff are lovely and trying everything to keep it going until much required renovation is due on the whole place. However, this does not help when you just want a clean room to relax and you have to change room twice due to uncleanliness. One of the rooms smelt damp and next morning, I woke up with a cough. I looked behind bed and there was damp and mild growing on the carpet. Breakfast was lovely and staff are trying...

From the friendliness of the check in staff, Ahmed & Jana to the restaurant manager Hamdy Ragab i was amazed at their professionalism and customer relationships. The room was huge and very comfortable and the dinner, where do i start, was plentiful and delicious. You spoilt for choice with thr variety of food at dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back here and compliments to the staff. ”

“Un hôtel reste modeste vue le prix , la proximité a peut près 15mn a pied ou 10 mn celui qui marche vite, la réception ça va , ya des magazin , les marchands ambulants juste derrière du coup ca va Par contre je n'arrive pas a ajouté des photos pour la quatrième fois sur le site de hôtel.com ”
