"Malheureusement l’hôtel était en bas de nos attentes la réalité est différente de site ils ont annulé le petit déjeuner le transport vers Haram est juste aller il faut payer un taxi chaque fois pour retourner 15 Real par course , pas de transport Dohr et prière de vendredi l’eau chaude est chronométré faut faire sa douche rapidement je le recommande pas au moins pour les gens qui veulent faire Oumrah "

" Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained — very comfortable and relaxing after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always welcoming with warm smiles and prompt service. The amenities were also impressive, especially the breakfast—adjust as needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable after hours of Ibadah. Alhamdulillah!!! Overall, it was an outstanding stay — clean, comfortable, and with truly exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!"
