The lobby was small and unimpressive. The room was lovely and had excellent toiletries. The breakfast was disappointing. Lots of variety which gives the impression it is plentiful. The location is very good, the price I paid for the stay was very expensive and feel it should have been less. Washrooms are outdated compared to the rooms

This is very nice hotel next to Haram’s door 338
Elevator was fast, room was modern and well set!
Got the half board and it was well worth it chefs were very professional and making very testy food. The pizza/pasta station and the girl meet station was so nice to enjoy with cold drinks, will go again InshaaAllah

A pleasant stay in Madinah Munawarra..City of Peac
The hotel location is the best .. u come out and literally walk 1 min and u are in the Masjid... opp is tayabba shopping center & bin daood so no need to go shopping anywhere... food shops all around ...i would not stay anywhere else

From start to finish everything went according to plan. Being busy in restaurant at breakfast time staff did their best to make sure that you got what you needed. Clean rooms. Jafar from room cleaning was very helpful. Breakfast was good plenty variety. Location of hotel brilliant.
