I truly had a truly wonderful stay at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, extremely clean, and in a perfect location — just about an 8-minute walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi and surrounded by a lively area with everything you need. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially the lovely ladies at the reception. I enjoyed a really kind and memorable conversation with a staff member named Asmaa thank you Asmaa, all my love and appreciation to you. This hotel made my stay in Madinah even more special. Overall it was a very good experience. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location is perfect. However, the check in was extremely late, it was 5:00 PM so had to stay a relatively long period of time before we got the room.
