“Great a stay at Novotel I definitely recommend anyone to stay here the staff is very welcoming.”

“Clean room, good staff, good breakfast, bin dawood shopping mall is in same hotel complex. A bit confusing when you enter the hotel, as the reception is at mezzanine floor. There are two towers, north side and south side. Lesson learnt: If you keep door opening access card alongwith phone, than the card is deactivated,”
