Room is good. However, there is a low table in the room and could cause injury while moving around it. Bathroom is good too, but sink faucet is to close the sink edge and makes it hard to wash hands and face. Toilet paper location is behind the toilet!

The location of the hotel is excellent for our prophet mosque. Staff are friendly and cooperative. The room is comfortable, but had smoking smell which was annoying. Cleaning of the rooms after guests leave should be supervised.

A nice hotel. The best part was the location at the Prophet's Mosque and across from a mall. The convenience of its location made all the difference.

we like the service , food , Friendly staff. close distance to Masjid (Rawda side) far for women side so a shuttle service is a blessing , room carpets and hallway areas need a change busy hotel making lot of money specially in Ramadan and Hajj so they can spend some to improve it .
