Beyond expectation.
I stay at Hotel SunCity with family.
Pleasant room temperature can be adjusted needs.
Kids are happy cause big rooms.
There is bathup in the bathrooms.
Location Closed to malls and shops.
Spacious parking area.
The food in the restaurant was just ordinary.

Would stay again if improvements!
Staying there for the 2nd time, for monthly business trip. Same as before, I like the hospitality and the services of the staffs, and it is located near to Carrefour and Sun City Mall. However, really needs improvement on the cleanliness of the bed sheets, towels and the flooding in the toilet every time i shower. Intermittent issues with internet in the room, air-conditioning not cold enough.

bad experience
When we come to the Hotel around 10 pm ( was coming from Surabaya) there was no room to us even we had a confirm booking from Hotels.com, and the staff in the receptions was more a less laughing, did not take the situation serious. The found us a other hotel but it was a different category.
